Wedding Catering

If I could give Village Catering 10/5 stars in every area, I would. They completely exceeded all expectations we had for our wedding. They went above and beyond everything that was asked of them. I cannot recommend them enough! They provided a total of 5 meals from Friday-Sunday for us (lunch on Friday for those helping to set up our reception venue, lunches at 2 different locations on Saturday before the wedding, wedding reception food, and brunch on Sunday). The vast majority of our guests came up to us just to tell us how delicious the food was and how considerate the staff was. We were thrilled with the taste, presentation, and affordability of the food. We are so looking forward to hiring them again!

We couldn't have been happier! The customer service was above and beyond. The food was delicious (and very personalized to our requests) and the value for this quality can't be beat. I would hire them for any and all events going forward!

Great service and reasonable pricing! Tons of options and really easy to work with. I was also impressed with how fancy the food tables looked - they had set up candles, lanterns, etc and it really added a nice touch

Could not have asked for anything better! The food was DELICIOUS, the staff was very pleasant at the reception, and they were very attentive to all of our needs. The coordination prior to the wedding was perfect: timely responses, greatly detailed rundowns of everything we could need, and worked well with our venue to ensure everything was ready to go. If you need an affordable caterer that gives you outstanding customer service and food, CHOOSE THEM!!! 

Our wedding reception was on the 18th of November in Akron. Not only did they come out that far, but did so twice as our setup was on Friday evening. They provided exceptional service, as they had everything prepped well and ready at the right time. They seamlessly worked in the background making sure the appetizers were stocked and had the dinner buffet so no one had to wait. Everyone loved the food and were surprised how flavorful everything was in such large quantities. The bacon wrapped meat loaf was a huge hit and the french roasted potatoes went over well too. We had guests asking us who we had cater as they were impressed with our menu. They were easy to work with and made the day stress free! 

Village Catering was always available to our requests and questions, and communicated in a professional manner. On the day of the wedding, the staff was friendly and speedy in their delivery and service. We really enjoyed having them as our catering service and would highly recommend the business for a wedding or other event. Their presentation of the appetizer's was beautiful and neat, as was the buffet display for our dinner. Everyone raved about the beef tips and said they really enjoyed the food. The chef even created chicken marsala special for our menu and it was delicious as well. Can't say enough great things about this company, and encourage folks to support this business! 

When we started the process of searching for a caterer, we had several friends recommend Village Catering. After planning a tasting and sitting down with them, we didn't reach out to anyone else. They were great to work with through the entire process. Then, when our wedding day came, between their incredibly friendly service staff and absolutely delicious food, they exceeded our expectations. We received so many compliments on the food, which made us incredibly proud of the choice we made in Village Catering!

Had our wedding in Orrville last night with hors d'oeuvres and dinner provided by Village Catering . Everything was delicious and beautifully presented!! Our guests raved about the food! The owner, Brian Sayre, personally attended to our reception and made sure all our needs were met, on time, and with a gracious staff. Working with Village Catering was a pleasure from start to finish. They were attentive, friendly, and very flexible, even through my many bridezilla changes! Highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again! 

We had the pleasure to have our wedding dinner through Village Catering. Our wedding was a beautiful day and would not have been possible without the Village Catering team. The company provides truly unique appetizers that had our guests going back for more throughout cocktail hour. We had our entrees as the Chicken Asiago and Pork Tenderloin. Both entrees were outstanding and we received that feedback from many of our guests. The cake and strawberry shortcake desserts we had also went over really well with the crowd. The planning process was very smooth with Village Catering as well. We went through most of the details and had them planned out before meeting with Brian and his team which made coordinating everything as easy as possible. All of this was done at an extremely reasonable price and we both felt they provided exceptional value. We highly recommend them for your wedding
